My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2023

I've been keeping track of intermittent fasting for almost a year. There have been many challenges and cheat days, and only four weeks ago I made the decision to search for a free app to track my fasting. Fasting Tracker is the name of the app, and yes, you can use it for free. However, there are some features in the app that require a subscription to use, and I do not intend to use those features. I can manage if I just keep track of how long I've been fasting for.

This is what it looks like in the app when you're fasting. I currently in 20-4 method, where its 20 hours fasting time and 4 hours eating window.

This is my progress so far since I started using the app 4 weeks ago. I find the app great and useful.
