Slowly getting back on track. Last week I barely made 10,000 steps a day, but now I'm kind of satisfied with the numbers that I'm making. Slow progress is still progress. Aside from exercising less last week, I also ate more, so I gained a little weight, but I'm not sorry at all. I enjoyed all the sweets that I ordered when we dined out. That's my weakness—sweet treats and pasta! I can let go of rice, but never of pasta.
