Welcome 2024!

We all attend mass on New Year's Day as part of our family tradition. We then go to a place that would allow us refresh and recharge so that we can get back to our regular routine the next day. Today, we took an hour's drive from our house to this park surrounded by trees. The weather is perfect for a stroll because it's windy and not too hot. There's nothing but the sound of the wind blowing the leaves and the chirping of the birds.

If only we could extend the holiday break for a few more days. I'm still exhausted from all the holiday preparations these past few days. It's tiring to host a celebration, so me and my husband made a resolution to spend the year-end holiday somewhere else later this year, maybe to travel somewhere far.
