My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2024

Hello Actifitters!

My in-laws trip back to the province suddenly got cancelled, and they were bored to death to extend their vacation for a few more days. We cannot accompany them to roam around because my husband is back to work and my kids already have school this week. They thought of making pickled green papaya, or as we locally called it, atchara. Doing this pickled side dish is time-consuming, so it's perfect for them to kill time while waiting for it to get rescheduled.
