Hello Actifitters!

Today I made a Filipino street food recipe for pancakes. Compared to American pancakes, this recipe is denser and more chewy. I added a dash of yellow food coloring, just like what they sell in the streets. After cooking, it is generously topped with margarine and sugar.

I doubled the recipe and share it with other kids in our block.
