Since the beginning of this year I'm on diet and I lost about 13 kg.
I feel better so I decided to restart to run from scratch.
My first workout was better than expected.
I did about 4 km alternating run and walk (I'm not able to run for half an hour at the moment...) and I'm very satisfied of the result.
I was not so tired and breath and heart were not so stressed.
Here is my activity

I said about 4 km because my Garmin started a little later so I lost some meters... anyway a nice performance.
