second day of recovery with some activities to do at home (I just moved to a new one last Sunday) and I still have some carton boxes to open and put in place
of course using only one arm I'm quite slow.
house is on 3 floor (from basement to night area) and i did a lot of stairs...

come detto...ho visto giorni migliori.
nelle ultime settimane mi sono sparato il terzo trasloco in un anno e una operazione alla spalla per sistemare un problemino che mi portavo dietro da un pò.
tu tutto bene?

Si cavoli, tre traslochi in un solo anno solo molto pesanti. E traslocare con problemi alle spalle è proprio il top, giusto per mettere la ciliegina. Io condiviso l'operazione, sono in fase fisioterapia, mi hanno sistemato i tendini sul polso, ma per il resto tutto ok. Spero che la tua spalla sia tornata come prima e che ora puoi avere un po' di tranquillità.
