we arrived yesterday evening in Berlin after a 1100 km long road trip with my three children.
today we spent most of the day in Berlin Zoo

visited almost all areas (some are in maintenance) and enjoyed the visit with family and friends.
the first part of the day is summarized in

then in the evening we went for dinner in an historical brewery near Alexanderplatz
we walked below the TV tower

had some tasty food and beer

and completed the day with a train trip to go back to the hotel.
