El calcio italiano está llegando a su fin esta temporada y desde hace varias fechas tenemos campeón, pero el resto de las posiciones se mantienen en un constante cambio semana a semana. Como sabemos cada liga tiene varias competiciones dentro de la misma, entre ellas está la lucha por los puestos europeos para la campaña siguiente, y a estas alturas en la serie A que es la liga objeto de estudio todavía no se ha definido, aunque es muy difícil que cambien algunos puestos, por ejemplo la Juve que posee 69 puntos y se mantiene en la segunda posición, con una victoria más “aseguran” su permanencia entre los cuatro primeros pase lo que pase en los dos últimos partidos.

Una cumbre empinada / A steep summit

El AC Milan se encuentra en una posición muy difícil, Pioli y su equipo han bajado mucho su rendimiento en este tramo final, se entiende que están enfocados en Champions pero allí también penden de un hilo, en cuanto a la liga se ubican en la quinta posición y no dependen de sí mismos para quedar entre los cuatro primeros, aun ganando los tres encuentros que le restan se tienen que dar otros resultados para conseguir un cupo, lo cual a mi juicio lo veo bastante difícil.

En cierto modo es decepcionante observar como este Milan luego de quedar campeón la temporada pasada este pasando por esta situación, honestamente espere una mejor defensa pero los problemas que han tenido a nivel futbolístico han mostrado que la gerencia necesita invertir dinero en él, lo único bueno que han hecho es asegurar la permanencia de Leao unos cuantos años más, el portugués ha demostrado ser el jugador insignia de este club, y el hecho de que ahora este lesionado resalta lo mal que están los rossoneri sin su presencia en el campo de juego.

Sinceramente los veo resignados, como si no tuvieran oportunidad, la mentalidad de los jugadores se ha venido abajo y Pioli no los ha podido levantar, incluso en el partido perdido contra el Spezia se vio una escena con los hinchas y fueron estos asegura Pioli quienes los estimularon, eso es una evidencia clara de que el plantel se ha derrumbado anímicamente y en lo que a mí respecta los veo completamente derrotados, no pienso que puedan remontar ante el Inter por Champions y dudo mucho que entren en competiciones europeas la siguiente campaña, espero equivocarme por el bien del club.

Por ultimo hablare de la Roma, Mourinho definitivamente es un gran técnico, lidiar con un equipo tan inconsistente como el que tiene no es sencillo, pueden ganarle a la Juve y perder o empatar con los más débiles de la liga, algo que definitivamente no perdona, ese factor que ya he resaltado en ocasiones pasadas es lo que tiene al equipo en la sexta posición a dos puntos de los rossoneri. Para el conjunto de la capital ganar los tres encuentros restantes es prioritario, solo así pueden tener esperanza al final de temporada.

La ventaja que tiene la Roma es que está a un paso de jugar finales de Europa League y en caso de hacerlo y obtener la victoria entraran directo en Champions, lo cual sería un verdadero logro y estoy convencido que es el camino que su técnico ha escogido ya que por la liga lo tienen muy difícil, están peor que el Milan, pero deben como mínimo asegurar el lugar actual para jugar UEFA Conference league en el peor de los casos.

Este es el panorama que nos ofrece el calcio, ¿emocionante no es así?, esto solo demuestra la feroz competitividad que hay en la liga, un factor que no estaba presente desde hace mucho tiempo pero que últimamente ha hecho resurgir un despertar del futbol italiano, y ha logrado que la crítica internacional vuelva a poner los ojos en el futbol del país de la bota.
