Max Holloway

Max Holloway returns to the octagon, and as usual, against an important opponent. This time it will be the turn of Yair "El Pantera" Rodriguez, the Mexican who hasn't fought for a long time, but that doesn't mean he's not dangerous. Fists vs. kicks, that's my description of this event, because Holloway is a festival of punches, but Yair is a festival of kicks, so it is forbidden to blink. This fight looks to be one of the best of the year, although I don't think it will surpass Justin vs Chandler last week, however it has all the ingredients to be a good show.

Particularly I think Holloway will take the win, from my point of view he is still the true champion of the division, and everyone wants to fight him, example of this was Ortega who when he beat the Korean Zombie did not ask for the "champion", but wanted Blessed for a rematch.

This speaks of the quality of challenge that represents for every fighter Max Holloway, if I were a UFC fighter I would like to exchange with him, because it is normal to want to fight against the best. And it's not easy for anyone, and this is where I give credit to the panther Rodriguez, facing Max after the beating he gave Cattar is already a victory haha.

Still, although the favorite is the Blessed train, you can not underestimate the quality of the Mexican, the latter jumped to fame with the knockout of the Zombie in the last seconds of the fight, but he is also known for his spectacular kicks. His legs could be an advantage in this fight, and if Holloway is careless he could be sent to the canvas by one of them.

On the other hand, if the fight goes to five rounds, the outlook is very favorable for the Hawaiian, Max is used to five rounds, and with an intensity from less to more, ¿what will happen? My prediction is that the fight will not last 25 minutes.

Max Holloway

Well, now it's too late, but I definitely picked Holloway, as it went exactly as predicted.
I think we will realise in a few years how good was "Blessed". Yair is also amazing, but Max was the champion for a reason, just above all competition!

Yes my friend, Holloway is a very complete fighter, one of the best in the UFC. I honestly thought it would end by TKO in his favor, but Yair had a very good performance, and at times he connected well, his unpredictability helped him a lot.
