Hoy se corrió, bajo todo pronóstico jaja. El sol estaba terrible y yo estaba sumamente cansado. Creo que está semana fue muy dura para mí en el trabajo, tanto así que ni siquiera trotar quería.

Sin embargo logré vencer, y sali a correr 5 km para no dejarme derrotar por la flojera que cargaba, y que bueno que lo hice porque ahora me siento bastante relajado. Bueno, todos sabemos que después de trotar la relajación es muy reconfortante.

Hoy tuve cierta disyuntiva ya que quería correr vía Ribereña pero dure más de 10 minutos peleando con Strava hasta que al fin me accedió a captar la señal del GPS, tuve que conectar los datos y luego desconectarlos, pero en ese proceso se me hizo de noche así que corrí por otra vía.

Fue un buen entrenamiento, ligero, dónde realice un esfuerzo moderado. Creo que me esforcé más en ver por la luz que me pegaba en los lentes que en el mismo trote en si, ya que al ser solo 5 km es una distancia totalmente dominada.

Espero poder mejorar la frecuencia de entrenamiento está semana, para poder correr unas dos o tres veces Dios mediante. Veamos si logro planificarme y así poder hacerlo.

Light jog at the end of the afternoon

Today I ran, against all odds, haha. The sun was terrible, and I was extremely tired. I think this week was really tough for me at work, so much so that I didn't even want to jog.

However, I managed to win, and I went out for a 5km run to avoid being defeated by my laziness, and it's a good thing I did because now I feel quite relaxed. Well, we all know that relaxation is very comforting after a jog.

Today I had a bit of a dilemma, as I wanted to run via Ribereña, but I spent more than 10 minutes fighting with Strava until it finally allowed me to receive a GPS signal. I had to turn the data on and then off, but in the process, it got dark, so I ran on another route.

It was a good, light workout, where I put in a moderate effort. I think I tried harder to see through the light hitting my glasses than I did during the run itself, since it's only 5 km, so it's a completely mastered distance.

I hope to improve my training frequency this week, so I can run two or three times, God willing. Let's see if I can plan ahead and make it happen.
