My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2019

It's like I don't like myself as such. Why will I say something like this? Well, I think I'm just too careless in some aspects. I had a groin injury, got treated and warned not to stress it much until it's completely healed. Of course, it's very wise to adhere to the advice, but I broke it.

I travelled to see a friend and he carried me jogging. Apart from that, we walked around several times and I never forget to go with my phone with Actifit app on. I had a little pain after playing a game with them. I can't remember the last time I made 20k counts. Fantastic if you ask me. I'm looking forward to another day I will have such counts. Let's keep Actifitting till infinity.
