My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2021

This is my yesterday actifit post. All I did was walking and home chores. I didn't go to the office because I had nothing to do. I was at home all through.

I live in a big apartment so I walked around alone counting my steps. Imagine one person alone in 3 bedroom flat. I can only sleep in a room at a time. Other rooms are vacant with no soul in it.

I went out in the evening to while away time. On my way, I branched the field and saw people playing football. I stopped to watch them for some times.

I later went home to prepare my dinner before going to the village to watch the champions league game where Man u trashed villareal 2-0.

Daren Fletcher just recorded his first win after the exit of Ole. It was a great success for him as he takes over from Ole as an interim coach pending when United would get another coach.
