Hola a todos los usuarios de hive, hoy en un nuevo contenido audiovisual a través de mi canal @threespeak, regresando a la comunidad de @fulldeportes para hacer un reto de 30 sentadillas junto a mis amigos @anthony2019 y @ovelperez82. Sin embargo fuimos un poco atrevidos e hicimos mucho mas, al punto tal que yo en repeticiones continuas realice 50 y me detuve, mientras mis compañeros lograron 100 repeticiones sin parar, yo me detuve cuando complete las cincuenta, luego continúe por la motivación y la satisfacción de contar con este par de invitados.
Hello to all hive users, today in a new audiovisual content through my channel @threespeak, returning to the @fulldeportes community to do a challenge of 30 squats with my friends @anthony2019 and @ovelperez82. However we were a little daring and we did much more, to the point that I did 50 continuous repetitions and I stopped, while my teammates achieved 100 repetitions without stopping, I stopped when I completed the fifty, then I continued for the motivation and satisfaction of having this pair of guests.

buenas tardes para mi super agradecida, de tener a estos dos invitados en mi canal @threespeak que continúen los retos, estoy super activa para lo que me propongan, y seguir trayéndoles buenos contenidos en equipo a la plataforma de hive y sobre todo a esta comunidad @fulldeportes, muchas gracias.
Eso es lo que deseo poder compartir con hivers, por ahora tengo como meta involucrar a muchos amigos a que vengan hacia la plataforma, buen reto y me alegro mucho que hayan ido por más de las 30 sentadillas que era la meta principal. Cómo dice @ovelperez82 siempre hay que ir mucho más allá, continuar avanzando y le mando un saludo para @anthony2019 quien fue el que me motive a ingresar en Hive. Buen video y sigan con los retos.
