Football seems a bit like the big brother of sport, but this is my opinion and I do not hide the fact that I watch some games with fun and the derby between Inter and Milan is certainly a fun game.

Today's match saw two very balanced teams competing for the ball and game action and are proving to deserve the top two positions in the Italian championship. Team play has really changed over time and collectivity is preferred over the single individual, and this is a great strategy.

Despite the 3-0 result for Inter F.C., Milan have definitely retained excellent ball possession, much more than the opposing team but certainly pays for the lack of concreteness in realizing scoring opportunities. Too many mistakes, too many inaccurate shots. The desire to score goals, especially when you are at a disadvantage, can lead to greater inattention, superficial errors that penalize the result in the end.

The game, however, was fun, fast, the players tried incessantly to organize the game and the changes of the field were sudden. Time really went by quickly. The only negative note is unfortunately the lack of the public, due to the pandemic emergency in progress it is not possible to access the stadium except for a very small number of fans.

The derby between the two teams is also beautiful from a visual point of view, the sets organized by the fans are always very folkloric and also capture the attention of the media from all over the world. It was certainly a hard-fought match but, in my opinion, the most important element of all was missing, the joy of the fans and the many children and teenagers who celebrate sport in the stands.

This is the real value of sport. Union and fun
