My Actifit Report Card: June 19 2023

Today was a big day for me in my fitness journey. I decided to add rowing to my routine, along with my usual elliptical and running workouts. I was a little nervous about trying something new, but I’m so glad I did.

I started off with a warm-up on the elliptical, getting my heart rate up and my muscles ready for the workout ahead. Then, I moved on to the rowing machine. At first, it felt a little awkward, but as I got into the rhythm of the movement, I could feel my muscles working in a way they hadn’t before.

After about 20 minutes on the rowing machine, I was feeling great. My arms, back, and core were all engaged and I could feel the burn. I finished up with a run on the treadmill, pushing myself to go a little faster than usual.

Overall, it was an amazing workout. Adding rowing to my routine has given me a new challenge and I can’t wait to see how it helps me improve my fitness. #fitness #rowing #elliptical #running #newchallenge
