1 aydır süren tempolu yürüyüşlerimin yavaş yavaş meyvesini alıyorum. Çok fazla değil ama sanırım 2 kg kadar verdim :) Tabi bu övünülecek bir rakam değil ama hiç yoktan iyidir.

Herkese sağlıklı ve huzurlu günler dilerim.
