I am going to try and watch. If I can remember. Not much of a hockey fan myself. But it is the Olympics and the gold medal game. It should be a good one. I do hope you enjoy your time with friends. That is what it should be about anyway. Maybe you will have some good food, drink and fellowship.

It was a good time but I hear that in other places in town the Canadians were out in force (I didn't even know we had that many of them here) and were borderline violent when the game was over. I always kind of viewed Canadians as the more docile and polite group but I guess sports gets them all riled up.
Never understood why people get so riled up about sports. I'm no exception either. I don't get that way anymore. But used to. It was a good game and all should celebrate a great competition.
