I used to jog a lot when I could go for 6 km and even more. I heard about how it eventually affects your knees as you age, though that has not discouraged me. I realized the kind of trainers you use matters. I'm surprised to see your tenacity at running in the cold weather and even in the rain. I wouldn't dare do it anyway but wonder how many people would give it a try. @steevc you will be forever young.😊

Some people can have knee problems, but I've heard that it can actually benefit the joints. Top athletes will do a lot more training that me and that can wear the body down. At my level I am just trying to stay fit. There are people there older than me and they inspire me.
