Buongiorno Amici , oggi a Kyoto abbiamo potuto ammirare questa vasta foresta di bambù! Crescono in media 20 cm al giorno, la massima crescita ha raggiunto un metro e 20 cm, fioriscono raramente e se succede accade una sola volta a 20 vent'anni in quanto dopo la fioritura la pianta muore. Questo è ciò che ci ha raccontato la guida! Nella cucina orientale si possono gustare diversi piatti a base di bambù.

Adoro il bambù! Io non so perché, in questa tipologia di pianta noto che ci sia qualcosa di spirituale. Inoltre il bambù è una pianta estremamente versatile, usata in moltissimi ambiti. Se avessi i soldi, mi comprerei un pezzo di terra e inizierei una coltivazione di queste piante.
