I would say that options A and B are quite likely. That's how it's been for me lately.

A. Physical activity is undoubtedly a double-edged sword. While it strengthens us, it can also push us to our limits if we do not balance our efforts. Recognising when we need a break is essential to our well-being.

B. Stress and lack of sleep are silent enemies that can consume our vital energies. We often forget that caring for the mind is as important as caring for the body, and this is a valuable reminder.

C. Sensitivity to other people's energies is a topic that is sometimes overlooked. Being a receiver of others' emotions can be a gift, but it is also a challenge that requires clear boundaries to protect our own energy.

D. Perhaps the truth lies in the intertwining of all these realities. Life is a complex journey, and accepting our limitations and needs is an act of courage.

The self-compassion you mention is essential. Allowing ourselves time to rest and recover is an act of love towards ourselves. I am in the process of learning to listen more to my body and my emotions, and I would like to know if you have found strategies that help you manage this balance in your life.

Learning about the nervous system, trauma healing, tapping (EFT), and other healing modalities have all helped me to understand which strategies are worth adding.
