Oh My God, I slept!!!!!!

I don't know what you last celebrated, but sometimes I find that the most simple things can be the most profound.

After having too many nights in a row of waking up every two or three hours (and I do not have chosen waking me!), I finally slept for 7.5 hours straight.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! 🎉🎉🎉

I felt good enough to take Brad's advice of adding an "exercise window" into my morning routine and in the time I managed a 20 minute easy run.

Very happy with that.

Now, to notice what lead to better sleep and duplicate it and make the morning exercise (beyond the easy walk I was already doing) a habit.

Let's see how I go!
