Getting in my steps where and when I can

The ginormously long days continue as I wrap up my third day as a participant at the Matrix Reimprinting practitioner training here in Sydney.
It's wonderful and exhausting.
I'm grateful that Brad and I have created a routine while we're here that sees us going for a walk after breakfast, starting at the nearby park where I can take my shoes off.
We also walk to go get dinner somewhere 10-20 minutes away, so we get some more steps in. Though, he's still been getting quite a lot most days while I have mostly been sitting on my arse for 8 hours a day!
I'm so very grateful to do this training. And I will also be grateful when it's done. Sad but grateful 🙏

It is inspiring to see how every day of your training becomes an opportunity for personal growth. The routine you have created with Brad is a beautiful reminder of the importance of reconnecting with nature and finding moments of peace in the midst of learning. Being grateful for both moments of exhaustion and moments of joy is an act of wisdom. Every step you take, whether in the park or in reflection, brings you closer to a fuller version of yourself. I am excited for you on this journey. 🙏
