  1. I have two feet and can walk

  2. I have this breath, and this breath, and this breath which means I can keep going

  3. I have some safe to sleep tonight

  4. I have two gorgeous dogs to care for who seem almost endlessly happy to see me

  5. I have cultivated enough self awareness to recognise when I'm being present and when I'm being triggered so I can take better actions

  6. I can hear

  7. I can remember important things

  8. I have food in my belly

  9. I have something to look forward to

  10. I have a partner, who cares about me, to travel through life with.

A very wonderful list to be thankful for. We sometimes forget to be thankful for those things we have everyday. Like our hearing and our eyesight.
