Putting your old bicycle in order is the best and liking it old is something else. Or may it's your nature to like it that way. Anyways, it's your old bike and you have to like it for sure.
I hope changing the tires and other items did not stress you so much?

haha! bingo. its always a stress. especially when you have to fix a hole there. can make me postpone it for a few days or even week, and travel by foot during that period.
on another hand - the more you do it, the better your skills! it may be even fun when you can do eat very easy with one hand! wish you well, and pass a Hive !BEER 🙏
