I don't think the match will be cancelled.
Indian Government has never interfered in ICC conducted tournaments as was the case even in previous ICC tournaments.
India Pakistan match will be like good omen for World cup and it will continue so, let's enjoy the match buddy.

Indo Pak match at any tournament will be something we all look for and that will continue forever I think being the arch rivals :)
