My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2023 - Walking at the park

Lately, I have not been very consistent in my activity reports on Actifit. The good news is that I have continued to be active, doing my regular walks.

This week so far it's been walking days at Vizcaya Park, except for Monday when my outing was thwarted by rain.

Yesterday, I walked with my husband for 4 km. Also, I have been working out on the arm exercise machines in the park.

Yesterday, the park was lively. And I even saw for the first time a couple of people sitting in the reading garden, the one you see lit up in that picture. Very cool.

My daily steps still rarely reach 10K, but I keep going. I think I need a wristband to track my activity, but we'll see.

That's it for today. I'm #aliveandthriving and ready for my walk today 😄🌱.
