A nice scene at the park - My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2023

This week I am back with my walks in the park. Yesterday it was 5km and the day before yesterday, 4km.

I am also still doing some strength exercises for my arms. I know I need to do as much as I can in this regard but I still can't decide to join a gym. I have never really liked them and I don't know if I will be able to maintain the discipline and go frequently or if it will be a waste of money. And I can't afford it by now since lately we are always tight on budget. But we'll see.

A couple of nights ago, I saw this scene in the park in what I call the reading garden. That couple there was so relaxed. They even made me a little envious, hehe. They looked so at ease, so in their own world, just them, the books, and the park. Little mattered the traffic in the nearby street or the people exercising around them.

And from her privileged position, the bust in homage to the Polish writer Wislawa Szymborska was watching them with delight, hehe.
