A Sunday of over 10k steps - My Actifit Report Card: September 17 2023
Yesterday, Sunday was a winning day as far as my physical activity is concerned.
We started the morning by going to the main avenue of La Lagunita. We love to walk there on Sundays on the avenue that is closed to traffic.
There were quite a few people even though the morning was quite hot.
In some sections, we walked along the pedestrian path looking for some shade from the trees that populate the avenue.
When we left there after walking 5 km. The husband wanted to see some blinds for his studio. So we drove to the nearby town of Hatillo.
We parked near this square, called Plaza Sucre, and went to a store that is in front of it and sells household items.
We were surprised to see that the store was already full of Christmas decorations. At what point did the year go away?
We didn't find the blinds we were looking for, but that store has an exit to a shopping mall which we entered to have a drink to cool off from the heat.
And we found a group doing Zumba in the main square of the mall, so we also had a little dance 😂.
All this resulted in yesterday's 10K steps! YES!!!!
