My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2026
I had a good start to the day, even though I didn’t sleep much. Despite feeling tired, I started the day with energy. I managed to complete most of my pending work. I didn’t have to walk specifically to meet my step goal.
I struggled with the workout today. It could be because I did it late. I don’t have the time I once had, when my focus could be purely on workouts and fitness. I like movement, but I don’t want it to feel like something forced into my daily work. The focus has to be on integrating it naturally.
That integration could start with small changes, like walking to the gym instead of commuting.
