Greetings, friends of Hive and the Chess Community! It's a pleasure to be here again, sharing my experiences at the HiveChess S1R9 Arena Tournament, held on Saturday. I participated once again and had an excellent showing, even though I didn't win a single game of the 14 I played. Hehehe

I particularly loved a very close battle I had with @stayoutoftherz I gave my all in this battle with this great player. He couldn't checkmate me, but I'm sure he would have at any moment. Luckily for me, I ran out of time when the game was at its most critical moment.

The game against @Stayoutoftherz was going very well until I made a huge mistake: instead of grabbing the Knight with the Pawn on the e5 position, I moved my Pawn to the d5 position, and the opponent took advantage of my huge mistake and took my Queen.
This huge mistake was decisive because from then on, I got a bit out of control. Although I wasn't checkmated, my fate was already sealed. My time ran out, and my opponent won the game. Congratulations to my opponent, I'll keep preparing.
Another game I loved was with NN_KD. @kobold-djawa is a great opponent, very good, and almost in my range. I think she's practicing a lot because I've seen her in good positions and beating several good opponents. It was a very good game, full of mistakes and inaccuracies, but I love being in the arena with NN_KD because we're both learning. In this game, we gave it our all. NN_KD emerged victorious after a hard fight. I ran out of time trying to check her King, and NN_KD won the game.
Remember that studying chess is very complex and requires a lot of practice and concentration. I will be attentive and try to continue studying to improve my next games.

El juego contra @Stayoutoftherz iba muy bien hasta que cometí un gran error: en vez de agarrar el Caballo con el Peón en la e5 moví mi Peón en la posición d5 y el rival aprovechó mi gran error y se adueñó de mi Reina.
Este gran error fue determinante porque a partir de aquí me descontrolé un poco. Aunque no me hicieron Jaque Mate ya mi destino estaba sellado, se me consumió el tiempo y mi rival ganó la partida. Felicitaciones a mi rival, seguiré preparándome.
Otra partida que me encantó fue con NN_KD @kobold-djawa esta usuaria es una gran oponente, muy buena y está casi en mi rango, creo que está practicando mucho porque la he visto en buenas posiciones y ganándole a varios rivales buenos. Fue una partida muy buena, llena de muchos errores e imprecisiones pero me encanta estar en la arena con NN_KD porque ambas estamos aprendiendo. En esta partida lo dimos el todo por el todo, NN_KD se alza con la victoria después de una ardua lucha. Se me consumió el tiempo tratando de poner en Jaque a su Rey y NN_KD gana la partida.
Recuerden que el estudio del Ajedrez es algo muy complejo y requiere mucha práctica y concentración, estaré atenta y procuraré seguir estudiando para mejorar mis próximas partidas.
