I am keeping close track of my Gambling Dapp Portfolio that now only includes SBET (Sportbet.one), BFG (Betfury.io),, & RLB (Rollbit.com) with regular updates on how exactly they are doing showing what can be expected for those interested...

Rollbit.com (RLB) & Rollbot NFTs

So I have been exploring Rollbit.com as a 3rd platform to be diversified in when it comes down to Gambling Dapp Dividend investments. From the perspective of the ream "gamblers", it's the one that has impressed me the most while it also diversifies me in between different blockchain ecosystems as their token is on Solana. It has been a big struggle to actually understand all the dynamics and it feels like there are many smokes and mirrors with many different assets without too much clear information. So I pretty much need to do it myself which adds to the purpose of this series of posts.

RLB Lottery Conclusion
So I tried The RLB Lottery for about a week first with the 1000 RLB that was given to me as an initial bonus (Not sure if it's given to everyone but just connecting Rollbit.com with my Metamask as a way to make an account and depositing s small amount of dollars just to test got me 1000 Free RLB in my account which instantly could be used to join the RLB Lottery having a small rollover to unlock for withdrawal.

Basically what I learned about the lottery is that you can't really join it profitably unless you have a big enough multiplier either from having a higher rank on the site which is gotten from actually gambling (which is not for me) or from assigning a Rollbot NFT which can give up to a x5.2 multiplier. So bigger or longer-term gamblers on the platform who also have quite some RLB and have a Rollbot NFT that has a big multiplier are able to get get more out of the Lottery compared to what they put in getting a return on their investments.

Doing the numbers, the price of RLB also doesn't really add up as only a small amount of the total supply actually gets staked. Based on recent numbers somewhere between 200 and 500 Million RLB gets staked for the lottery but this includes the multipliers so in fact it's a lot less.

Payouts from the lottery also get paid out as bonus money to gamble with having a x5 rollover to unlock which is a nice dynamic keeping the money flowing on the site. Basically, I bought 9142.13 RLB for 234$ on 05/02/2023 just to test the lottery and after doing the numbers I managed to sell 9877 BFB for 379$ on 09/02/2023.

What I concluded is that RLB is not the coin to get a passive return on and it's valued too high to be an coin to hold despite the fact that 0.1% of the RLB that is staked to enter is burned. Those who are the actual gamblers are able to make the lottery work for them getting a good return from it.

Buying 2 NFT Rollbots
As RLB didn't really fit for me in terms of being invested into the Rollbit platform, it got me to test out buying a Rollbot NFT to see if they are worth it to get passive returns. Also here it's all just extremely confusing with very little good info on how it all works and how the numbers add up.

Basically, each Rollbot has 5 different traits

  • (Rollback Stats) There are stats that boost your rakeback (you need to link the rollbot to your account for that)
  • (Revshare Stats) There is some kind of Lootbox system the rollbot can create to get a share of the profit from which I don't fully understand yet (you must associate the rollbot with it the earn from it)
  • (Market Shares) There is a fee on the roolbot NFT marketplace which gets distributed in $$ to Rollbot holders based on those stats (Rollbot needs to be staked)
  • (Lottery Stakes) There is a 0.2% Fee to stake RLB to be part of the lottery, 0.1% gets burned making the token deflationary and 0.1% gets distributed to rollbot owners based on their stats (rollbot needs to be staked to get it)
  • (Lottery RLB Multiplier) This increases the odds for the lottery based on the stats (1 Rollbot can be equiped for each account on a lottery and only those that are not staked can be used)

I initially just bought the cheapest Rollbot NFT on the site for 749$ thinking the Revshare was the best stat for passive income and that it would be possible to get the Lottery Multiplier while it's mostly the Market Shares and Lottery Stakes stats that are most important and you need to make a choice either to stake for passive income or to have it unstaked and use a Rollbot in the lottery to get the multiplier.

The numbers showed to be good enough for me to go ahead and buy a 2nd Rollbot NFT with better stats which was also more expensive paying 1430$ for it. Buying was as easy as depositing on the website with crypto which gets automatically converted to dollars and clicking the buy button on the marketplace. The Best way to buy is likely to order the marketplace by best deals and scout it waiting for the moment someone sells a Rollbot for cheaps with stats that you personally want.

Expected Returns
I will be running the numbers the coming weeks but at first sight it looks like my rollbots do at least +20% Passive APY. There are roughly 10 Lotteries each week. The price I bought my Rollbots for is 2179$ while after 2 Lotteries this week they passively generated 0.60$ and 90.59 RLB which combined adds up to 4.147$. Over the course of the year would add up to 1081$ or close to +50% ROI. I do expect this to be lower as the most recent lottery was quite big and the price of RLB is higher than I value it. This said, I like the Rollbit.com Platform and give it a good chance to be around for longer and grow as Crypto becomes more mainstream. I'm also happy to have some extra diversification and will continue doing the numbers and maybe get another Rollbot or test the Sportsbots going forward.

Sportbet.one (SBET)

Sportbet continues to operate properly and compared to rollbit its more boring and straightforward in their approach. There was a promo action last week with the Superbowl where you got a 50% cashback (paid in the form of a promo bet) on losing bets. Basically this gives players a +EV situation to bet on and take advantage of while the exposure isn't big enough really to attract new players. The dividends were ok but nothing spectacular at +0.6% Weekly also because the price of SBET has been going up quite a bit (+63% in 12 Weeks)

Betfury.io (BFG)

There was a bit of an increase in the BFG Dividend Pool which actually got me to the point to buy 50k extra BFG yesterday getting me up to 600k now paying 0.015$ for each BFG. They remain one of the better crypto casino platforms. Most BFG right now are in circulation which decreases the inflation and downward selling pressure.

I do see this platform being around for some time. 600k BFG (9200$) gave me 11.53$ of dividends yesterday which means +45.7% APY. I do see a possibility for the Dividend pool to increase some more over time even though it could go down aswel in the short term..

The general price increase of the crypto market also somewhat translated to the prices of these coins while dividends and adoption hasn't increased that much meaning the returns have come down.

APY Based on Current Price and Dividends from the last 7 days

All these numbers are based on prices of Monday

ProjectAPY
Betfury.io (BFG)+45.84% APY
Sportbet.one (SBET)+31.20% APY
Rollbit.com (RLB)Next Week

Note: Token prices going up or down have a major influence on the actual returns going forward either amplifying them if they go up or destroying them when the price would dip. These are my personal numbers and RLB varies based on the trait of the Rollbot NFTs you own.

Personal Gambling Dapp Portfolio

The RLB NFT buys are only partly in the numbers this week and the 50k extra BFG also only start from next week. That said, I did manage to get 245.8$ in passive returns last week from holding 8M SBET | 600k BFG | 2332$ worth of Rollbot NFTs. I'm still looking to diversify with other good gambling dapps that pay the losses or fees from the gambler to those holding a token. Anyone that has tips on this, please leave a comment below...

I will be back next week with another report that will include some initial numbers from the new Rollbot NFTs.

Crypto & Blockchain-Based Bookies and Exchanges that I'm personally using as they allow anonymous betting with no KYC or personal restrictions...
