Not exactly the best start of the week yesterday going about it with the intention to increase my average stake a bit instantly going 0W-3L good for an entire unit lost on the match between Antwerp vs Racing Genk. Still plenty of games to go and I'll tone down the stakes a bit again just to reduce the possibility of totally getting wrecked on my season results so far. Another interesting match today between Anderlecht and AA Gent. I also already took an early bet on Union vs Antwerp over 3 @ 1.960 also taking over 3.5 @ 2.490 on Sportbet.one as a crypto bet (See Below)

Anderlecht vs AA Gent

This is a matchup between teams that are capable of both the best and the worst. Anderlecht in their last home match was nowhere in the 1st half but out of nowhere played a 2nd half winning 6-0 against Mechelen who played like amateurs. The match after against Standard, they again didn't really convince and needed a very early red card for the opponent to narrowly win it with 0-1. It's rare for them to just straightforward win a match just because they were the better team and I still feel that often it's their opponents giving it away which got them at 13 points so far. That being said, they do have the quality in their team to one day be a real top team again next to Club Brugge & Racing Genk. AA Gent is somewhat on the opposite angle often losing matches because they give it away, miss many penalties, get unfortunate while at the same time winning 6-1 against Club Brugge. They are in 16th place in the league with only 7 points while they have the potential to easily win against every team in the league. They will be missing Odidja, Bruno & Hjulsager while Anderlecht can field their A-Squad. Last season this turned out into a complete 0-0 shitmatch which is likely the reason why the totals line is set at 2.5. Purely based on how I estimate these teams their quality over the course of a season, AA Gent as the underdog would be my play. They however are in a bad streak with some injuries while Anderlecht arguably is having more luck and is complete. I did take a small 0.25 unit position already on AA Gent +0.5 @ 1.812 as I just see it more even with AA Gent not being without a chance for an outright win and a draw not being the worst result for both.
