Saturday was another day grinding out a bit of profit generally with lower stakes as it remains hard to really find something that stands out in terms of value. Most of it are just small edges and I expect something similar in the 4 games that will be played today.

Zulte-Waregem vs Racing Genk

Racing Genk has been in a crisis with a 5-game losing streak which now got somewhat broken against a lower league team in the Cup. They certainly have the quality in the team but it remains a big question on what their performance will actually look like. Zulte-Waregem is a teal that has been quite consistent in putting up performances that just aren't good enough even though they managed to take a draw last week against Mechelen away which was quite fortunate given how badly they started the match. In the 2nd half, they did look ok in the defense but they rarely are able to do this for 90 minutes. I see it as highly likely that Zulte today won't put up a great performance and the main question is if Genk can be trusted especially since they are the -1 away favorite which is a line I'm not quite comfortable with even though I do see them winning in the end quite clearly. Genk and the over are my leans but I missed out on much better lines and I'm not chasing dropped odds pre-game. Zulte-Waregem has 78% of their goals in the 2nd half while for Genk it is 32% I will just wait this one out and see how it plays out in-game possibly getting in on the over later in the game in case there are not too many goals early. Cercle Brugge vs Antwerp FC

Cercle Brugge had a 4-game losing streak without actually playing all that bad and they look to have managed to break that with a draw last week with a draw against Standard in a match where the Standard goalkeeper was the man of the match. They did follow that up with a win against a lower-league team in the cup during the mid-week and they are pretty complete today. Antwerp, on the other hand, has been gotten overly rewarded for the performances they have managed to put on the pitch so far this season and they were eliminated in the cup against Westerlo who is in the lead in the 2nd division. They will be missing Nainggolan, buta, & Miyoshi. At the end of the day, Cercle is in 2nd last place and they are 0W5L-1P at home against the Asian Handicap and I don't see any reason why I would take the risk being brave taking them as the +0.25 underdog. Antwerp remains perfect on the over corners having a total of at least 10 in each of their games so far this season with an average of 14! Cercle however only went over in 1 of their home matches so I'm also skipping that for now. No Pre-Game Bets

Anderlecht vs OH Leuven

Anderlecht needed a Penalty to break things open last week late in the 1st half against Beerschot even though the lead and win were deserved. In the cup they also won comfortably against a 2nd division team and they have shown multiple times that once they are capable to have games where they score a ton of goals once in the lead. OH Leuven has gotten in a good streak getting out of the danger zone with 2 wins and a draw in their 3 latest league matches. They are a team where there is always a possibility for a crazy high score while having most of their goals in the 2nd half (70% away), Anderlecht at home also had 72% of their goals in the 2nd half. I wouldn't be surprised to see Anderlecht having a difficult 1st half again with things breaking wide open after the first goal. The 2nd half Over (Or over at a later time in 1H) along with OHL Team total over are both the options I'm looking at. For now, similar to the other matches, I just staying away from any betting action right now. I so still see Anderlecht as a team capable of losing matches like this outright. No Pre-Game Bets

AA Gent vs Union

This is a matchup between 2 teams that currently have great form but also the matchup between the 2 best defenses in the league which tends to be a statistic that gets the upper hand in matches like this. Both however do have excellent scoring power and overish stats in their home/away games. AA Gent is 4W-2Lon the home over and union is 4.5W-1L-0.5P on Away overs so I'm not exactly jumping to get in on the Under even though that bet would be my main choice. It is one of those matches I don't really have a clean opinion or view on as I can see a boring draw, a clean win from Gent and a Clean win as Eupen all as results that would not be a surprise. Odds are pretty much razor sharp today from what it looks like and I'm hoping to find some better betting opportunities in-game. No Pre-Game Bets
