Not the best start of the week on the 3 matches so far as not much went right with the bets I ended up taking resulting in a -0.78 unit loss so far. Plenty of matches to possibly get this back in the green again and I just continue in a similar way I have been going about things in the past years. A full round ahead again this weekend starting with a Friday match between Sint-Truiden vs KV Mechelen

Sint-Truiden vs KV Mechelen

Sint-Truiden is safe in 10th spot still having a minor chance the reach a playoff 2 spot while Mechelen is 6th with a similar chance to get to Playoff 1. Both also have a fairly easy schedule in the last 4 matches of the regular season and I see no real reasons why they would potentially settle for a draw not going full risk at the end to take the win. Defender Hashioka is suspended for Stvv this match while they also will be without Koita & De Ridder who are both important to the team. They played a 0-0 draw last week away against Oostende who were the better team in generally a boring match. The week before at home against OHL they were most willing to go forward and took the 1-0 around minute 20' after which they crawled back letting OHL be dominant failing to score more goals on the counter. They generally have been strong on the defensive end and put quite some focus on that which shows on their results recently only getting 2 goals against in their last 5 matches. Kv Mechelen is right now in a good form but generally, do better at home compared to away matches. They did play a 2-2 draw last weekend against Cercle in what was a good match from both teams. They have some missings but I don't see any being of vital importance. Overall I see Mechelen as the better team but they are in a must-win situation while Stvv more so can lay back counting of their good defense breaking out on counters. The +0.25 line for sure is tempting on the visitors but the fact that the draw doesn't help either team kind of keeps me away. Mechelen lost their last 7 away corner matchups which makes it hard to back them on that also. Overall nothing in this match right now gets me at a point where I really want to take a bet so I will patiently wait to see how the match evolves live. No Pre-Game Bets
