My First full season playing the Sorare.com NFT Fantasy Football Game is nearly coming to an end, and I continue keeping track of my personal activity in this series of posts...

I continue to win prizes almost weekly now way easier than I imagined when I got into the game. This is mostly due to the fact that players are way cheaper and attainable right now compared to what they used to be. I'm also putting many of the earned players to work which helps a lot. Right now, it's still very easy to get into the game and actually win something with a very small budget (40$ or less), and if it was allowed I would make a ton of alt accounts as I do believe it's possible to earn an initial investment back pretty quickly.

Game Week Results

Cap 240 League
If anything, the Cap 240 League is a challenge to stay under the 240 maximum points based on the last 15 matches but at the same time it's possible the reach the 250 Threshold even if 1 of the players doesn't start. Even when finishing in 5763rd place it pays 5$ in ETH ath this seems to be the case for the top 8000 meaning that over 25% of the teams that enter reach this threshold. This also means that just the EHT payouts for this league for Sorare equals 40k$+

This was the 4th time in 4 weeks now reaching the threshold and things are also looking good for the mid-week matches as 1 player already played a match scoring 95 points.

Under 23 League

Another player that I just purchased last week helped me to finish really high in the U23 league. All this despite my goalkeeper Verbruggen getting 5 goals against scoring just 19 points. This also made this the 3rd time in 4 weeks reaching a prize-paying spot.

Only 1 player scoring good points was not nearly good enough to score anywhere close to get to a prize in the Challenger Europe League.

Rewards

Aside from 5$ in ETH, I also received Pedro Vite as a Tier 3 Card from the Under 23 League. I did put him on sale for the lowest listed price

New Player Purchases

When looking for an U23 Goalkeeper in the past I had to make the choice between Verbrugge who at that time was on the bench for Anderlecht and Leysen who is the 2nd Goalkeeper from Genk who is said to replace Vandevoort. I luckily went for Verbruggen who increased a lot in value as he got his chance quickly after. I am/was considering to take profit on Verbruggen which I why I also now bought Tobe Leysen who dropped in value allowing me to pick him up for 12.06€. It remains a question if he will become 1st goalkeeper next season as the original play was to keep Vandevoort for another season before he goes to the team that already bought him. I also picked yp Bryan Heynen who is a key player from Genk at a price that dropped to 4.36€. This also with an eye on the playoffs.

I'm doing the recalculation every month or so as it takes quite some time manually now that I start to own more players. I planned to update today but the site is giveing an error message and I didn't get further than updating the Goalkeepers.

Conclusion

Card prices in Sorare continue to go down as more of them get printed while not enough new players come into the ecosystem which is making it right now fairly easy for new player to recover an initial investment since it's so easy to get prizes. All this doesn't stop me from having lots of fun with the game.
