Sorare.com | More Play2Earn Rewards Announced !
When it comes down to Sorare, I am really enjoying the game for what it is having somewhat of a learning experience this first half year resulting in a limited loss so far when it comes down to my player values (also just because it's a bear market and everything is going down). When it comes down to the Play2Earn rewards hower, it has been highly underwhelming. That being said, I never really aimed to play the Pay2win game in order to get the highest ranks but more am aiming toward a long-term goal to buy some players cheap to potentially sell them for more later down the line.
So in 16 weeks, I never managed to get even close to getting enough points to get card rewards let alone and ETH payout which only goes to the top 3 or so. This makes it the more impressive that the game continues to get my attention as it is fun enough not to need that many reward incentives. This makes me really optimistic as for most play2earn games, the potential earnings are pretty much the only reason player play. I only play and invest in games that I actually enjoy which so far are Sorare, Splinterlands and Mobile MiniGames

Play2Earn Rewards Improvements
So when it came down to Limited Cards (of each player 1000 are created each season), the only real rewards to hope for were more Limited cards. For rare cards which are crazy expensive as only 100 are printed from each player each season, there was a reward system where players that score 250 points or more any given week get 50$ worth of ETH. A similar system will come to a new league for Limited Cards.
From what I understand, there will be a Capped Mode where you can field players that based on their average score in the last 15 matches have a combined score of 250 maximum. Players that manage to score 250 points on them or more will earn 5$ in ETH.
From what I understand, this will replace the Specialist and Underdog Competitions while running alongside the other currently running competitions. This new system will be a test and it will run at least until July 2023 after which they will evaluate the numbers.
Personal Thoughts on this
I really like the change as I feel it will give a proper chance to win something, based on my results so far in the Europe Challenger League (where I don't think I ever managed to field a team with a combined average player score based on last 15 matches of 250 points.) I managed to reach that threshold 5 times so far in 17 weeks. However, this includes the player bonus % which won't count in the Capped Mode. That being said, I'm up for the challenge!
Conclusion
I'm looking forward to the rewards update in Sorare and for sure will continue to play this Football Fantasy Game and likely expand my player base a bit more during this bear market when prices are a lot lower compared to what they used to be. sorare has lost appeal , they had to increase rewards and incentives far earlier
I'm still somewhat in my honeymoon phase when it comes down to football fantasy so the game is quite fun aside from the rewards for me. Fact remains that more players need to come in to absorb the print-rate of the cards and keep the prices up which is hard during the bear market. This for sure is not a game for those that are only looking to extract value.
i still read your articles, and play it, but i do not understand much about it. got 5 rare.
Well i can say that videogames were always part of my life and even now i keep being satisfied from them. Recently i have bough a couple of N64 Games and you know, i actually have a lot of fun while playing them. They are good in many ways and i also understand why. In my opinion theese games are better then those, which were developed nowadays
