The final round in Europe is played today with again 3 matches from Belgian teams. Just a brief look at them in the previews today...

Antwerp vs Olympiakos

Antwerp is already eliminated in their group while their opponent is sure to be qualified which makes this one of those matches where motivation might not fully be there. Antwerp will bench the players with minor injuries including Nainggolan. There is no intention to field a full B Squad however and their coach wants to end the campaign on a positive note at home so I do think they will play without much stress wanting to make the best out of it. Antwerp played a 1-1 draw in the away encounter in a match that was boring and even. My lean is on the under and on Antwerp as the+0.5 underdog but it does feel like a gamble I'm not willing to take so No Pre-Game Bets

Racing Genk vs Rapid Wien

Genk finally stacked their coach Vandenbrom assigning Bernd Storck to replace him which I see as a good thing. The old coach is a great guy but just didn't make the team any better. They need a win tonight in order to potentially get the 2nd place and they only miss Heynen and Munoz while Wien who are eliminated seem to have more injuries. Genk was the better team in the away encounter winning with a deserved 0-1 score late in the match. I do expect a potential shock effect. The odds dropped quite a bit and I'm always cautious when betting into these drops even though they give a good confirmation. The new coach is all about discipline and less about blindly going forward. I did take a tiny 0.15 unit position on Genk -1 @ 1.932 with an eye to possibly take more in-game.

AA Gent vs Thalinn

AA Gent right now are in a good form and they are a team that I am willing to back. They are for sure qualified and their coach will do some heavy rotation with an eye on the match Sunday against Genk. Even with their B-Quad they still should have enough quality to put up an ok performance. Tallinn needs a win to have a chance on the 2nd place and the previous encounter was much more even than anticipated with them not getting in trouble and Gent being unable to really dominate. The odds went up quite a big on the AA Gent -1.55 line which makes perfect sense given the situation. This is not a match I'm really jumping to get involved with. There might be some late action in case Tallinn needs to push forward for a win. No Pre-Game Bets
