ecoTrain QOTW TIE UP POST : 'WHY IS IT SO HARD TO MEDITATE?'

Meditation is one of the most difficult things that you may do for several reasons that I will mention to you in this post, but before I start the narration, I want to tell you that it is important, although as I mentioned that it is difficult for you to meditate, but it is important that you sit with yourself to take a break .

The troubles of life are not only physical, but they are psychological, as the most working organ in your body is the mind. You are in life as if you are in a game of chess. If you do this, this will happen, and if you move to the right, such and such may happen. And you remain in those endless calculations until you find that your relationship has been exhausted from thinking, so you do one thing that everyone usually does, and that is sleep.

Sleep is what good people do. As for bad people, they may resort to what gives them euphoria and keeps them away from the pain of thinking of drugs and others.

As for meditation, we return to the reasons, where what makes it very difficult is that you do not want to face the fact that you are alone in this life, as meditation is alone with yourself and begins to look around you in the universe and in everything that you may find in front of you without any noise and without any mixing with others.

One of the other reasons is that you may find that meditation is a way to make you face yourself and you do not want to, as you find yourself in front of a difficult equation, what have you accomplished and what you did while the world around you is moving at the speed of the rocket and you enter into a circle of comparisons that have no limits.

Therefore, meditation may be difficult sometimes for the reasons I mentioned earlier, and it may be difficult because we are now in the era of time where you do not find any time to accomplish anything important. So while you want to be a little alone and meditate a little, you find it difficult to do this because you don't have enough time.

You return to do the basic things required of you, and soon you return to the fun again, and you find that you are in a great confusion between the things you want to accomplish and accumulate on you, and what you want to do for your inner soul.

Finally, try to take some time each week and breathe some fresh air in a quiet place and meditate a little on everything and you will find that this is a great opportunity to release all the negative energy that you have accumulated due to bad thoughts or worse people so choose yourself and pick up a little time for Meditation.
