Today I want to tell you about the sporting challenge that I took on three weeks ago to lose weight and gain greater resistance in my body, and also put into practical combined routines at home and in the gym doing kokosteps practices, which is a discipline combined between aerobics and pilates, very dynamic, that helps you move and work every inch of your body, and also decided to be part of the Spinning group to renew energy and strength, of course I combine these activities between weeks, not every day, because since I've barely been in this for three weeks, it can cause a muscle or joint injury. These habits that she carried out accompanied by a healthy diet, obtaining the results of 6 kilos 100 grams so far, and although I still have a long way to go, I feel very happy and proud, because it really requires a lot of discipline and motivation to return to habits that you thought you had lost.
KokoSteps
This is one of the classes that I enjoy the most, because in addition to being completely interactive and dynamic, it makes me grasp a unique resistance, because I work my whole body, making short movements on top of the wooden tool called Step. By doing at least 2 classes between weeks that you managed to see incredible results, I can really advise you that if you have the opportunity to do it, it will help you a lot to the achievements you want to achieve. The good thing about this discipline is that we can also do it at home, with the help of tutorial videos that can help us if we want to work our body from it.
The Spinning discipline, unlike KokoSteos, requires much more resistance, so I would advise progressing little by little in the different routines or disciplines that you wish to put into practice, but it is just as good and effective for our health and resistance, it The only thing that we could not do at home, unless we have an exercise bike, but in the same way we need the advice of a trained staff to guide and supervise us when putting our sports activity into practice.
