My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2022

Feels good to get back in a little routine of cycling and got a little bit of jogging in today which was nice and those things along with going to work and what not add up to a fair amount of steps for the day I will try to upload a photograph or a picture of just a little super simple sketch on the app that I'm testing out
