Good amount of steps!

Does luv have an issue with RC still? It had some delays yesterday.

No, RCs are fine. Yesterday the VPS server that runs the bot went down for hours. That caused the delay. It's back now and should have caught all LUV commands.

Privex was the VPS which is commonly used by Hive people because it's run by Hive people. So I'm not surprised if other things were affected. By the way, it was not a Privex error, power went out.
