Some of the best mates are always form sports teams. I still talk to my teammates from over 15 years ago.

Will always be as you shared a special bond with them.
Funny how that works. I know that my friends were form high school sports. I opted to focus on academics vs sports in college.
Works both ways as after school sports is great for networking and the people I know all had high ranking jobs and were useful if needed. Even today if I need help I check who is where and doing what.
