My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2023
Not yet there, but the progress is starting to be visible after a long and boring day in the office and quick weight check in the medical office it looks like by the end of this winter I should be able to get back in the long awaiting healthy shape. Just hoping that I will not get set back too much with this end of the year holiday season.
