Southgate will hopefully be replaced after the World Cup as he is there for whatever reason as I have no clue why. He never proved himself as a manager before he got this gig.

After the World Cup is the best time, doing it now will only complicate the team problem and no manager In the right sense will want to take a job like England coaching job at the brink of the World Cup.
