The max is 2 -3 posts per week per user and we have a target of 5 per day. 5 is tough as so many don't qualify and if they could stop posting rewritten articles then they could all benefit along with some comments.

That's quite painful but trust me, things would begin to workout soon. I'll try to enlighten some by dropping comments on their blogs.
Please do as they need to realise what an opportunity they are throwing away. We cannot waste this time like many are.
