I was reading how he was going into politics for Irish Prime Minister and the only reason he had to pull out was he never got the minimum requirement of ministers to back him. Apparently you need 4 or 14 to politically back you so you can be accepted as a candidate. No one backed him and had to pull out. Maybe it was a publicity stunt because surely you would make sure you had the political support first.

well if it is like I am understanding it that kind of feels like some sort of communism doesn't it? So the people who are in power have to approve you running or you cannot run? Seems kind of unfair. But to be fair to Ireland and their total right to run their country however the fuck they feel like it, I don't think that Conor would really be the guy you want running the show. He would just argue with everyone and well, maybe that isn't such a bad thing. But needing the approval of the people who are already in power to have a chance of being in power yourself sounds a bit like a rigged system to me.
