Sportstalk Weekly Showcase

Welcome everyone to another edition of the Sportstalk Weekly Showcase where the top posts are highlighted so others on Hive can see what the sporting community is all about. The idea to put new users in the spotlight wherever possible has always been the intention, but this is not always possible. All of these posts fall within the 7 day window for curation yet a vote is not necessary as these post are already highly rewarded and a follow would be welcome.

The 8 Biggest Brand Sponsors in Sport

I really enjoy @wolfgangsport's blog as his sporting topics vary so much
and covers all sports not limiting himself to one or two. This shows his love for all things sport which takes time to research. This latest post is a mini series regarding the top 8 sporting brand sponsors. I had no idea Reebok was owned by Adidas which highlights just how big they are.

Lia Thomas might be ending transgenders in women's sports

How great would this be as I think we are all on the same page with @sports.guy55 as this transgender stuff in women's sports is clearly not right. This chap was a failure in men's sports having a ranking of 264 before "switching" by taking medication to suppress the testosterone. That doesn't remove the male body as in bigger feet bigger hands and just a larger physique in general. Look at the photo as it clearly highlights the advantages and is quite pathetic. I saw a video clip the other day where "Mr Thomas" won the race by more than a lap and the second and third swimmers were not on the same lap let alone the same frame. I feel sorry for all the females up against this type of thing and thankfully there is movement to bring an end to this madness. The other athletes need to be smart and just refuse to race which will force officials to do something .

Monday Sports Talk Social Quiz #11 - Win 100k SPORTS + 500k SPORTS delegation

@talesfrmthecrypt is back with his Monday Night Sports Quiz which will now change from a weekly to a monthly. This is seriously time consuming and takes more effort than a normal post as you are spending the entire week thinking about the right type of questions. This is one post I used to always look forward to and glad it will still be part of the sports tribe culture just monthly now. If you haven't tried answering any of the questions why not give it a go to see how smart or not so smart you really are lol. This quiz had a mix of questions you either new or didn't and others you had to really think about and in many cases quite challenging.

Secret Trails

@jobiker is back on his bike this week trading a yacht for a bicycle
riding trails around Phuket, Thailand. Pretty cool scenery and had no idea how vast the trails and cycle track network really was. An outdoor haven for anyone that likes activities, @jobiker roped his friends in for this post and the scenery is fantastic and looks like loads of fun. There are not many places in the world where you have an adventure playground on your doorstep.

Once again I would like to thank the sporting community for the effort that goes into their posts as it shows in the end result. As you can all see originality is what counts mixed in with your own thoughts and personality. Once again stay busy and engaged with others and look forward to adding new users on the next showcase.

Sincerely, I am really thrilled by @wolfgangsport's vast knowledge and interest in so many kinds of sports too and his recent posts, though I haven't read much but then, I think I read one recently, and I just couldn't understand much.
