Sportstalk Weekly Showcase

Welcome everyone to another edition of the Sportstalk Weekly Showcase where we highlight authors who are creating original interesting content. This is Sportstalk bragging to Hive what we have and that we cover all sports and not just football. We all know that it takes hours of curating to find users to add to our feeds so this may help these authors achieve an extra follow or two. All of these posts are live meaning they fall within the 7 day window of curation.

I Can't Blame Moyes.

@gingerup discusses the West Ham manager David Moyes this week who has done a remarkable job with West ham for a number of seasons now. If you mentioned West ham in the past you would be talking about a relegation team
who battled the drop each season. David Moyes was known for what he did with Everton before moving to Manchester United as Alex Ferguson's replacement and was not given the time required to succeed. This has been proven as they are still struggling having gone through a hatful of talented managers ever since. David Moyes somehow gets the best out of the players he has in his squad and that is what all managers should be doing instead of buying stars every time the transfer window opens. West Ham achieving a top 6 or top 7 is not an unrealistic result this season. @gingerup writes on original topics and is not all about match reports as he is adding his own 5 cents which is great to see.

Formula 1 GP In Imola - Ferraris Nightmare in the Living Room!

@ga38jem this week brings us his views on the Imola Grand Prix that was raced on Sunday. The pressure was on for Ferrari as this is considered as their home race with their factory less than 100 miles away. Ferrari flags and supporters were every where expecting a win for their beloved team. For those of us that watched this spectacle we saw the first Ferrari knocked out on the opening lap with Carlos Sainz ending up in the gravel. Le Clerc in the other Ferrari was just not up to the Red Bull's pace and with a mistake he ended up finishing 6th. Home pressure and an expectant crowd mixed with bad luck can never guarantee a Hollywood ending and this was the case here. The positive for the sport is to see such large crowds in attendance and something we have all missed. @ga38gem gives his own views and thoughts which is what makes his posts more interesting as originality is the key as his posts are more personal.

Longest Player Bans in English Premier League History (Part 2)

@wolfgangsport never fails to deliver with his interesting content that takes time and effort to create. This highlights his love for sport in general and his posts are filled with his own views and thoughts. An easy writing style mixed with decent subject matter are a winning combination and a definite must follow for anyone who loves sport in general. I have lost count of what topic he is on now as this was a brilliant 2 part series discussing footballers and the bans they received for various misdemeanors.

IPL 2022 PBKS vs CSK - A must win for both teams!

When you are looking at @talesfrmthecrypt's cricket match previews you soon realise they ooze pure quality and class. One can see quickly understand why he has a following outside of sportstalk on his other blog as this is really thorough and factual. @talesfrmthecrypt doesn't do half baked posts
and one can pick up the passion and joy this gives him. I would say this is a hobby he enjoys doing as he is that good at this.

What makes these posts all stand out is the originality and personal input by each author. This is why they receive rewards as this is what being a content creator is all about.

Until next time have a great week and will look forward to reading and curating your posts.

Moyes is definitely not a bad coach and he has proven that. He wasn't given the time at Manchester United and West Ham got better for it and United went on a spiral instead. He has earned the respect and now I know he even tried to get over 50% win percentage at United when he was there.
