4. Celebra tus logros, por pequeños que sean. Te mantiene motivado.
5. Recuerda que descansar con intención también es parte de tu camino.
El equilibrio es la clave. No se trata de trabajar menos, sino de trabajar mejor. No se trata de rendirse, sino de recuperar fuerzas.
Y si hoy te sientes cansado, tal vez lo que necesitas no es más disciplina... sino una disciplina más humana.

¿Have you ever felt guilty about taking a break?
In a world that idolizes extreme productivity, it seems that rest is synonymous with weakness. But, ¿is it really about working more... or working better?
Discipline should not be a chain that enslaves us. In fact, true discipline is one that understands that we are humans, not machines. It is called flexible discipline: the art of being constant without breaking, of moving forward without exhausting yourself, of building your dream without destroying your peace.
Many believe that resting is wasting time. But resting is recharging, reflecting, enjoying. It is part of the process.
We cannot give up if we are broken inside. We cannot create if we are saturated.
Here are some keys to apply flexible discipline in your life:
1. Set clear but humane goals. Not everything must be done today.
2. Design your days with room for enjoyment. A quiet coffee is also productivity.
3. Allow yourself to slow down when your body asks for it. Rest is not weakness, it is strategy.
4. Celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. It keeps you motivated.
5. Remember that resting with intention is also part of your journey.
Balance is the key. It is not about working less, but about working better. It's not about giving up, it's about regaining strength.
